World leader with track record to match Easy Liner LLC is the subsidiary of the worlds number one single source supplier of Cured in Place Pipelining Products and Processes with a track record of over 8 million feet of tubing products. We have successfully introduced the cost benefit of repairing and rehabilitating old underground sewer pipes, without a single excavation, to over 1400 customers around the world. Traditional thinking on Cured in Place PipeLining is based around the "one technique fits all". The equipment and technologies utilized is designed to suit the 60 inch Pipe Lining project. Virtually the same artillery of equipment is used somewhat inefficiently on pipes as small as 6 inch in diameter. Our parent company, Gadmon Industries, was one of the first municipal contractors in the world to carry out Cured in Place Pipelining works for the municipalities in the United Kingdom over 15 years ago. With our field experience, we have been able to break free from this mould and created a new "appropriate technology" for smaller pipe sizes or pipe runs, commonly referred to as the Mini CIPP Technology. The technology combines the conventional tried and tested ASTM F1216 materials, with portable and more appropriately sized equipment. Typically our equipment is mounted on a single trailer with an application range of 4" - 12" diameter and an output of 600 feet per day from 3 men and truck!. Due to the drastic reduction in set up costs, local small dig and TV-Seal contractors are now able to afford the investment in the technology, thus giving their municipal customers the benefit of a truly local single source supply. In addition, there is a reduction, or in most cases the removal, of mobilization costs due to travel times. This opens up the possibility of aggressive bid pricing on small jobs which traditionally were priced out due to the high mobilization content. With our technology, even a small town is able to enjoy the benefits of cured in place pipelining on a single 300 feet contract. EasyLiner is based in York, PA, where we have a purpose built Training School on just under 2 acres of land. The school has real life sewer props and pipes and is used for training and certifying municipal contractors on the use of our materials. Each Trainee company has to execute several runs under real conditions. The resulting product is tested by a third party laboratory to verify and certify competence thus assuring the municipal water company the contractor can deliver the high quality associated with our systems. |
