Williams Testing is an installer of several patented processes such as the Rerounding process for deflected PVC pipe, the unique spot repair system called Magnaline which comprises of Carbon Fiber composites for repairing cracked /broken pipe and Manhole to Manhole lining systems including both Cured in Place and Fold and Form (AM-Liner II).
