Roto-Rooter y’all’s inspection of a septic tank is a joke. Your guy was on site for 14 minutes, popped the cover to the tank and took 3 pictures from the ground surface and then charged $400 to say “it looks good”. There was no probing or anything else done. I won’t be using yall again.
