After using this business for many years, we’ve only experienced a few issues. Our latest experience was the worst by far. We were told they had fixed a recurring issue, 28 days ago. When I called and left a message, no one called back. So I called again the following day as we can not use our bathroom. We can’t bathe. Absolute said there’s no warranty on their work. Even though I have paperwork from them clearly saying their work and materials have a one year warranty. See the attached picture. They said they’d come do the job again, for another $350. When I mentioned the previous visit and tried to inquire about the warranty, the manager became very rude, then yelled, we have no appointments today! And then hung up the phone.. this is after we’ve had this company do all of our plumbing at our home for the last eight years. We have spent thousands of dollars with this company and this is how they treat you. I would recommend you get your plumbing done elsewhere. Meanwhile my entire master bathroom is flooded because they never did the job correctly the first time. But they definitely charged us for it.
