He admitted using the same broken head on his machine for 30 years and cleaned this same drain every 4 months to the previous tenants. I went to home Depot, they guarantee their work. Roy is a great guy ! Very knowledgeable and time efficient. The pricing was lower than some other plumbers that quoted their "discount" rates. I felt the completed job was above standard and no remorse as with other companies in the past. Never tried to oversell other PM service like others.
