I was impressed with Five Star's professionalism. Right when they arrived at our house, I was confident in their work ethic and knowledge. They worked hard and efficiently to repair our line. I did not get the sense that they were trying to overcharge for extra, unnecessary repair work.

Ray was responsive to our call when we came home to find hot water heater leaking late on a Friday night. He was able to find a replacement on a Saturday and had us up and running again before Noon. Excellent service. Would recommend without reservation.

My technician was super!! He did say the minimum was $125 for a service call (cheaperthansome other companies), he was only there for a few minutes, he took the handle off, tightened the nut, put the handle back on.... I would definitely call them again though, if I have a bigger issue!!

Ray and the team have done an amazing job! Between replacing the main sewer line and the geothermal line, Ray has done it all. I've been well informed throughout the whole process, the team has been as efficient as hiccups and weather have allowed for, just overall amazing experience!
