Eric is a star. He & Jesus fixed a total plumbing stopage @ my house from 330pm until 830PM a few hours after service was requested. More to do but most of plumbing works. Both are very pleasant. Best plumbers yet.

We had an employee out from option one last year in July. He came and looked at our walls then went upstairs and changed the overflow piece on our spare tub and told us not to take baths in there anymore. Well here we are almost a year later and had black mold and significant water damage in our walls that we originally called about and he did nothing about. Do not recommend this company.

This isn't as much of a review, as it is a Thank You to Andrew and Tim and the team who helped us get our house put back together. Andrew was the "lead" on our job and showed up extra early every morning, and called us with an update at the end of almost every day. He and his team busted their butts to get our job done WAY faster than we could have ever expected. We had to move out due to the large scale of our re-pipe and new sewer line, and they were there continuously every day getting the job done. Thank you Andrew! You were a blessing during this difficult time of having to move our family out of our house. You made a terrible situation just a little bit better! Onto the review portion....We found one of our bedroom floors soaking wet one morning and called around trying to find someone who does leak detection. Option One showed up the next day (after the first company we had come out couldn't do leak detection, even though what's what we called for) and located a leak in the hot water line under our slab. Once we went over options, we were more than confident in choosing Option One to run new supply lines through our house. They had to move the supply lines from under the slab into the attic to avoid digging up and trenching throughout our whole home, which was recently remodeled with tile no longer in production. Once they opened some walls, they found our sewer line was also cracked. They ran a scope to check how bad it was, and showed us there was cracking throughout. We knew we had to run a new sewer line while we had everything open (we got a second opinion and bid, to be sure, but Option One was slightly less expensive and both came to the same conclusion that a new sewer line was needed). We continued on with Option One after the great experience and relationship we already had, and they finished running all new supply lines and a new sewer line all in less than two weeks (including the time the remediation company had to come dry out the bedroom, and do asbestos testing and remediation). This was a massive job and I can't complain about one single thing they did. We ran into some issues along the way (not because of them, but because of how our sewer line was run) and they were able to come up with options, present them to us, and let us decide how to proceed to complete the job in the best way possible. Option One will now be (pun intended) our first option for any plumbing issues, repairs, installs, or any type of plumbing we need in the future! Thank you Andrew, Tim and all of your team!

Guess it's the luck of the draw and I got TJ. I needed quite a bit of work done I'd put off during the pandemic, but my plumber retired, so after seeing all the positive reviews I had Option One come out to replace a kitchen faucet, RO faucet, and the shut off valves. TJ removed the garbage disposal to make room for his work but didn't take it out of the cabinet which came back to bite him later. I talked TJ into using my compression ring puller to preserve the existing pipe - a good thing - and it simplified the ring removal process. When he finished his work and put it all back together, he left the area clean. The RO system didn't have any water yet (which is normal after an install), so we couldn't test it until it processed some water. When I tried the RO system later it still didn't have water, so I checked to see if he'd left the valve in the off position and it appeared to be, but I couldn't turn it by hand. Figured I'd get a pair of pliers and try later. The next day I used the garbage disposal and it made a horrendous grinding sound. The unit was only two years old and higher end one that's usually pretty quiet, so I called Option One to come back and take a look. TJ came back and immediately tried to shift blame to me by suggesting it was an old unit, or that I'd done something to it. He didn't apologize when he pulled out a beat-up brass compression ring that had fallen into the disposal. Wonder how that got there TJ? He then turned on the RO water valve on and now the water is being processed too. While everything is done, I doubt I'll ever use this company again, so I don't have to deal with TJ.

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this company. I was referred to them through my AC company due to a clog with my drain line, that so happens to be connected through my master-bath sink (condo). In turn, my AC would leak as a result. Option One was prompt and even arrived earlier than scheduled, on a cancellation. The technician, Michael, was very informative and changed out a part and fixed the clog!!!! He was a pleasure!!! I was impressed from the moment he walked in up to the minute he left. I will be calling on them for any plumbing issues in the future!!!!!!! Great job, guys!!!!!!!

They really are Option 1! I used the Option One of the Carolinas, in Concord, NC. Contact them for advice, replacement, repairs or new installation. From Celebrity customers to people like little ol' me, everyone is treated like Gold. Seriously, I felt highly valued! Anyway, Tim came out with a colleague and they both evaluated each of my concerns, responding with both short-and-long term solutions at different price points. Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Tim met every challenge with his expertise and became my point-person. I truly am happy, even after paying for new plumbing throughout my home and the tankless water heater and carbon filter. The ability to enjoy my home worry-free is worth all the pennies!!

I am so grateful for option one plumbing! Sammy, Ruben, Fernando, and Tim were who I worked with, and they were all SO fabulous! They did amazing prep work to keep the mess to a minimum, which I super appreciate. All their holes were dug so well, neat and tidy. They clean up after themselves, and where very respectful of our family and life situation. They work quickly and efficiently, and I just can’t praise them enough. Thank you!
