I was having problems with my upstairs toilet . I called one plumbing company & the 2 technicians came out and after trying to install the new toilet there was water leaking around the base of it , So they told us the toilet was defective and left . So I was returning that toilet which I set in the garage and I had already ordered a new toilet and received it . So that is when I called Option One . The technician Brian came out . After explaining to him what we previously went through , he explained the pipe was too much lower than the tile . So he got some spacers and built it up with the proper wax ring and was very neat in his work . He also actually took out extra time to try & install the first toilet that they stated was defective , just to make sure I didn’t return a good toilet . Now here I must say , from the moment of his arrival , Brian diligently worked non stop to get to the source of the problem . And unlucky me … the one piece toilet was indeed defective. Brian took it out and installed the new other one piece toilet. Long story short , our tech named Brian made sure we understood everything , did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend !

Rafael was EXCELLENT! GREAT attitude and he did a GREAT job. He was having a hard time getting our faucet off (not his fault) since it was old and the nut holding it on was seized. He didn’t give up and went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed. He even provided a supply line that apparently didn’t come with our faucet and gave us a leak detector at the end to help us notice if a leak occurs. Very rare to find somebody anymore that cares enough to get the job done no matter the circumstances they are given. Great guy and the company he works for is lucky to have him! We were lucky to get him. If you see this guy come to your house, you are in luck! He cares!! Will definitely be calling this company again if/when needed and will certainly see if they will send him. Great job Rafael!

This individual showed up and he right away tells me they have financing available. According to him it is in my best interest to re-pipe the whole house. Then he tells me it's a slab leak and he would write me an estimate for the repair. When he presented me with the $4800 estimate I told him no thank you. Approximately 5 minutes later I have a knock on my door, it's the same plumber with his coworker. When I answered the door he right away tells me, "this is my supervisor, he can discount the price." He proceeded to walk away as the so called supervisor then tries to convince me. I told him no thank you and I have contacted another company. Clearly they are trying to make money and scam people.

Brent was very professional and knowledgeable in his Field. Our old heater was leaking gas. He replaced it with a new heater and fix the gas leak. All repairs were certified by the gas company. Steve from Option One was on time, honest and informative. I definitely was comfortable with his assessments and suggestions for my drainage issues. He saved me a lot of money just being honest and explaining better ways to improve draining. I hope I don’t have more issues but would trust Steve if I did.

Great experience. Highly recommended. We were told by our home warranty First American, which I do not recommend, that we would have to have extensive work done to fix our problem. Got a second opinion and Steven came out and fixed our issue in less than 20 minutes and reasonably priced. I recommend this business. Great service at a reasonable price. Honest, reliable and trustworthy. No games no up sell. Call them if you need plumbing issues. They will take care of you.Thank you Steven for doing a fantastic job.
