We had a plumbing crisis today. I called Shelton plumbing and they had 2 of the nicest plumbers at my house in no time. They worked until they found the problem and had my toilet working like new. Mike and Caleb were excellent. I would highly recommend. What a great find

Today the journey begins. I have some major drain issues from various sources. Today was the camera day to figure out a plan. Caleb was lead of the team of two (Mike?) and was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining possible solutions. I don't have my estimate for the job yet, but I feel very good about this company, especially Caleb. He was professional, knowledgeable and communicated in a direct and informative manner.

I called another plumber first against my best judgment and the price was ridiculous. When Jake from Shelton came out, he quoted me $1500 CHEAPER than the previous company. I had so much relief at that point. He also spoke with my insurance adjuster and provided her with any info needed as well. When Jake and the other guy (I'm sorry I forgot your name) showed up to do the work, they were on time, clean, and my kitchen drain stack pipe was replaced in no time. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better day. 100000/10.

Shelton Plumbing is the best plumbing company, hands down. We have used Shelton a few times now and we could not be happier with our experiences. Most recently, Jon and Bob came to our home to look at our fridge water line issue. After looking at everything for only a few minutes, Jon and Bob determined that we had a water pressure issue. After completing the job, our issue has now been resolved. The knowledge and craftsmanship of these 2 guys is top notch. They explained about the issue and what they would do to fix in a way that made us feel very comfortable with the job they were about to do. We will definitely continue to us Shelton Plumbing for our future plumbing needs, as well as recommend Shelton to anyone in need of a plumber.

John Shelton and his staff have been incredibly helpful when I had my basement flood with a foot of water recently. They removed the water as quickly as possible, replaced the sump and cleaned up to the best of their abilities. They returned the next day and replaced my hot water heater so that I wouldn’t be without for any length of time. This is not the first time I’ve needed Shelton Plumbing and they have always been prompt, courteous, very reasonably priced. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs whether an emergency or scheduled repairs.

Had a clogged house trap, they were able to get me in first thing in the morning and had it cleared up and cleaned out in no time. Friendly plumbers that told me what was going on and gave me some tips on preventing issues in the future. They were up front about pricing, which I thought was very fair for being short notice. No hidden fees or surprise costs. I definately recommend.

I recently had a clogged floor drain in my basement that was fed by the kitchen sink. I had a big name brand come in and they were unable to address the issue and the prices they quoted me for resolving the drainage issue and installing a pressure relief valve on my main line were individually almost exceeding the total I paid with Shelton plumbing for both jobs to be completed. Not only did Caleb make this process as easy as possible, he was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything he was doing and didn't mind me hanging around and asking a lot of questions about the process. This company knows their stuff. He had a new system set up and brought me up to code in under two hours. Their customer service was fantastic. I received a call ahead of time from their dispatcher letting me know the technician would arrive promptly and even got a follow up call letting me know they were stuck in traffic. Caleb cleaned up the entire area where the job was performed and even sanitized everything. If you're looking for a professional, skilled, and reliable plumbing company who can succeed where others fall short, call Shelton Plumbing. I can guarantee I will be a return customer. I recently had several shut off valves replaced, a hot water tank installed, and several other issues addressed by Jake and Jo from Shelton Plumbing. The service was preformed efficiently, professionally, and they worked to get my water back on in no time. I have used Shelton for sewerage replacement and received the same type of service. No need to call anywhere else. They schedule promptly and are very reasonable with their pricing. Thank you Jake for taking care of all the arrangements with the water co. and for the professional, polite, and courteous way you treated us. It was very much appreciated. I had the pleasure of Shelton Plumbing in my home to replace my hot water tank today(12/20/2023) I say it was a pleasure because all I needed to do was make a phone call. I would not think of calling anyone else. They have very hard workers, very reasonable prices, and service is very fast and efficient. Today Mike and Todd were the service techs and they were not only kind, courteous, and patient. They were very knowledgeable and actually showed this 71 year old things that I did not know about the workings of a hot water tank. Thank you for being such a reliable company to deal with. Just another satisfied customer!

Initially was given an approximate day on which they would be able to make my repair. However, they had finished a previous job earlier and were able to come much sooner than expected. This was an absolute huge relief as I've been stressing over this leak for the last 4 days. They were very prompt on their arrival and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

We've used this company a few times & ll interactions were positive. Yesterday our hot water tank leaked all over the basement & the pipe to it was eroding, needless to say it was a disaster. Contacted them last night & they showed up today, with a decent price & everything is good as new. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

GREAT service! From the time I called on the 3rd of July for a leaking toilet, it only took about 30 minutes before the techs, Alex and Joe, we’re at my front door. They were incredibly polite and professional, told me what they thought the issue was and how much they estimated cost before they started. Only took them about an hour to complete the job and clean up. I would absolutely recommend them and will use again in the future if I ever need to!
