We had an old trap clog over the weekend and Drains by James was so easy to work with for the whole process. Odi was right on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job clearing the clog while still maintaining the trap's integrity. Odi also managed to do this while without waking up the kids who were asleep in the room right above the drain! The following day we noticed a small drip at the trap cleanout and Drains by James honored their guarantee and came right back out to repair the issue. I'd highly recommend Drains by James.

Roger came by yesterday and the service was amazing; especially appreciated that he walked me through all the issues and was super clear about what needed to be done I'll l! I do need some follow-up work done in the future, since the quality of work already done was so high, I would be foolish to pick anyone else!

I called these guys at 1 am with a complicated drain problem in my condo, in a large condo complex. I had already had a different plumbing company out there for several hours and they were unable to clear the blockage. When I called at 1 am they returned my call within minutes and had Mario on the road to me right away. It was a bit of a battle and took some time but within a few hours of my call Mario had the pipe cleared and the drain flowing beautifully. Mario was professional, courteous and had a great sense of humor considering the time of night and difficulty of the job. I was very impressed with this company and the performance of their plumbers. I highly recommend!

Clogged drains suck, period. It’s extremely stressful, so I called my go to, Drains by James. I was beyond pleased with MARIO and his commitment to ensuring that my specific problem was addressed. He legit worked extremely hard to address the problem in my home like it was his own. It was a late night service call and way past the end of his day. I couldn’t be more appreciative of his efforts, and Drains by James overall as a company. Will recommend them every time. 10 out of 10!
