Just had a great first experience with Brian Wear Plumbing. Brad & Brendan were very efficient & professional & Brad took time to explain everything that was happening in our plumbing, helping us better understand current & potential issues and also variables that are specific to our house and part of town. Very easy to work with, effective, and friendly to boot. Will not hesitate to call them again if we have any other issues.

Had Bill and Rocco, with Brian Wear Plumbing install a new frost free outside faucet, install new pressure regulator and replace shut off valve and feeder line on a toilet. Excellent service and high quality workmanship. Very pleased.

Cassandra was very polite. She gets 3 stars. Two reasons that I went with one of your competitors 1. A dispatch fee is a nickel and dime gimmick and not a real fee. I made a few phone calls and very quickly found out that if something is wrong, can you call them back to check on their work? There are additional dispatch fees. $80 a pop. this is more of a home warranty company's behavior. 2. No time frames, or even a 4 hour narrowed window. This is another rolled over behavior from home warranty companies. “Take the whole day off and I’ll see you when I see you“ is not something that works well with most people. It has a (you need me, I don't need you) message. I asked for a 'ballpark figure' from your staff, which I do understand is not something I can hold anyone to but something to allow me to transfer money, which is my personal circumstance and I made that clear. I was specific as to what I needed. Every other company I called was able up throw a number out for me. Note: when a customer asks for a ballpark figure, we are taught this so that a salesman doesn't come in and nickel and dime us, which I had already experienced. .... Response: let's move to a 1 star. You should hire a response coordinator. I'm not the one who doesn't know how to run a business and the many reviews warning me to NEVER have you out speak loudly also. I am reasonable. I could have understood your take on your “dispatch fee” had you approached me like a professional. I am a consumer and I do not have to agree with you. my review can state this. That’s the whole point of reviews, but you’re a super special business owner who knows everything so you already knew that right? A ballpark figure is not a bad thing. As somebody who knows business well and understands that when a customer asks for two specific items that you’ve done thousands of times over '20 years' and that I would like a ballpark figure so I could move some money around, you’ve got those numbers right at the tip of your tongue. 2 toilet installs would not cost $35,000. Your dispatch could have called you and asked and you could have thrown a number that I could have digested and had you out and had the money moved on time. This is a very simple thing for you to have done and it makes perfect sense and if I the customer want it, you will provide it or you will not service my home. it isn’t unreasonable to request this. It also isn’t unreasonable to understand that when you get here you could run into obstacles and that a ballpark figure is not an estimate. Remember in your responses that you are the business owner, which means you are the one asking, and I am the one hiring. I will not be hiring you ever. I will however be talking to a lot of people in this city about you and I have a screenshot of your response so you cannot remove it.

Cameron was incredible!! He did an amazing job taking care of my issues, and he was very pleasant and courteous. He was very thorough and completed the job quickly. I feel that it was reasonably priced, as well. So glad I made the call to them!! Looking forward to having more plumbing issues resolved in the near future.
