I had my whole sewer line replaced using pipe bursting and also a liner for the sewer under the slab of my house. When I called RDH it was an easy experience talking with Rob and setting an appointment. When Rob arrived he was very hands on and inspected the line inside the house and outside with his camera, after talking about different options I decided to replaced the outside sewer line and do a liner under the slab. It has been a couple of weeks now and everything continues to work as it's supposed to. Thanks again RDH

We had some unexpected issues with our sewer line and RDH Plumbing was recommended. Rob was prompt, very responsive, and very professional during the entire process. We ended up having a liner installed as well as some extensive work outside to address a dip in the sewer line, there were also some issues with the town's portion of the pipe. Rob coordinated EVERYTHING with the town including meeting them to ensure they handled their portion of the work. Rob and his team were incredibly professional, courteous and went above and beyond. Rob & his team did a great job repairing my sewer. He analyzed the line using his camera before quoting me with a price. This was important because the previous company that quoted me immediately presented a solution without even analyzing the condition of the pipe which would’ve ONLY fixed half of the problem. I’m so glad Rob caught all of the issues and prevented some as well Rob communicated the entire way through before and after work was completed. He was very investor friendly (useful for remote landlords) and I’m happy with the warranty that’s offered on the sewer line and labor. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again Rob!

RDH did a great job for us in a very unfortunate situation. Our main drain pipe backed up into our basement, flooding it. Rob came out and showed me the video of the corrosion in the iron pipe below our house and explained how the pipe needed to be ground and a sleeve applied internally to prevent this from happening again in my lifetime. He and the other RDH people went right to work and fixed the pipe and also replaced a section of pipe that stuck out above the floor in our basement, so the pipe is now fully below floor level. He was very communicative throughout the process and also recommended and worked alongside a crew of cleanup and restoration people. They did great work and were a big help. Fully recommend!

Own an old home, they ended up finding roots growing through the main sewer drain. They cleared the roots, installed a sleeve, and replaced some old cast iron piping. Positives: High quality, responsive, great problem solving, reasonable pricing, up-to-date equipment, great to work with as a woman homeowner In December 2023, I found out that I had a gushing leak in the water line that leads from the town main to my house, which was invisible to me because the water was going straight into the ground. I contacted Robert because he had previously repaired my sewer line. Long story short, Robert, the company owner, used his detection equipment to discover that the leak was somewhere under my driveway, but he advised me that it would cost a fortune to break up the driveway to pinpoint the leak and repair it. He got a team together to dig a new trench through the lawn (pictured) and ran a new copper line about 150 feet. It was hard work given the rocky ground, but he got it done for the amount he told me he would, and I know the price was very, very good. I felt he cared about keeping the cost down as much as I did while ensuring that the work was done to a high standard and would last. He refused to make compromises on the quality of the work! Robert was also very responsive in his communications, which, as many of us know, is not always the case with contractors nowadays. Last but not least, he offers plumbing, sewer, and heating "technology" and equipment that most plumbers don't. I recommend RDH 100%!

RDH Plumbing is who you want on site to fix your problems, hands down. We went from initial phone call to problem solved within 36 hours. I had a broken cast iron pipe under concrete in my finished basement. I was overwhelmed initially but after the first phone call with Rob I knew he would be able help me. They located the broken pipe with incredible accuracy which minimized how much flooring I needed to pull up. These guys are the best of the best.
