I came home from work on a Friday to find a major issue that was beyond my expertise. I thought for sure we’d have to cancel the weekend plans. I called a few places but got a voicemail or a weird text response to screen phone calls I guess? The plumbing doc had an actual person to speak with. A plumber (Jarred) was at my door within an hour and the issue was resolved shortly after.

Your tech told me that they send him last minute and he only had short snake and it didn't reach althe way thru. This tech used 85ft snake and I was watching to make sure it went all the way thru. Same tech went to my house with same shrt snake and didn't reach to the end and had to donit 3 times and then you tried to charge me for more than 1 drain but I complained then you took off the ectra charges. When the tech left water was going very slow because he didn't clean it al the way. I had the same drain cleared by them in December but the tech didn't have the longer snake and wasn't able to clear completely. He told me if any problem he will come back to clear with longer snake with no charge but I called them back and they refused to it for free and charge me the full amount again for their fault. Your tech told me to come back for no charge. Kitchen has been closed and 1st time we used on on Monday and draining very slow. Even this wanted to stop but I made him to put snake all the way thru and cleared everything. I should get full refund but 1/2 will be nice to keep me as a customer. Thanks 🙏

What a nightmare they put a $2000 water heater on a stand that was growing mold on it from a leaky water heater. The stand should’ve been changed before the water heater was put up. I emailed the owner to discuss and he was very rude to say the least and very unprofessional. I was in shock that he would talk to me the way that he did. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, using them for several projects before this. I had to call a restoration company after they put the water heater up. And they had to move the water heater over to a metal stand to Mitigatethe area and dry the area so the mold wouldn’t spread. That should have been done first. Plumbing doctor did not do the job correctly unfortunately it was really disheartening. Because when I tried to discuss it with the owner, he was so blatantly, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and defensive to his loyal customer that only uses his company for over a year and unfortunately, I won’t use them moving froward. And to top it off Plumbing Doc even called and asked for Reference/Referral money from the Restoration company that I personally called that I’m friends with after the fact to come in and help with the job. 🤯💔 I wish I could post his email for reference so you could see what I’m talking about. Customer service and treating people the way you be treated is very important.

I had a main water valve to the house break so we had no water at all. The technicians came out on a Sunday afternoon and fix it within 2 1/2 hours of my initial phone call that’s great service.
