I woke up to low pressure and it turned out something burst in my yard. Within 10 minutes of calling, they came out and had my water shut off properly. Later that morning had a temporary line put in so me and my son would have water. They were very kind and efficient!! Top notch service!!

I have worked with Ram at my place of business and I have them service my home which says a lot. Ram does a great job. Super professional from the bid to job competition. Fair and accurate pricing. The plumbers, Tommy and Jose, did the lining work at my home and did a great job. Solid work, constant clear and concise communication. Icing on the cake... work area is clean as a whistle when they left. Say "Yes" to Ram!

Crooked plumbers. My elderly dad found them in his church directory so he trusted them. The guy gave him a verbal quote for $700 for the job, then falsified his signature for $1700 to replace shower valve and cartridge. They sent an inexperienced plumber who left the work unfinished and billed my dad as though the job was complete. My dad tried calling the plumber several times to ask when he was going to finish without response. My dad was left without water for 6 days and had to bathe at a neighbors house. I telephoned RAM and spoke to Angelica and several other people to find out when they would return to finish the job. Finally on day 6 a supervisor came out completed the job and restored the water, however left the water pressure too high. My dad telephoned me for assistance after being without water for 3 days and no response from RAM. I was outraged at the price quote of $700 and notified them we would not be paying more than $700 for the original quote. When the job was complete they said it was approximately $1700 and stated my father was quoted $1700 from the beginning, however he told me $700 which I relayed to Angelina on day 3 which she did not dispute. I was told they would review the audio and send me copies. After not receiving the recorded audio tapes as promised I telephoned Angelica. She stated she could not send them to me as promised and admitted my dad did not sign the quote, stating there was a "scribble" there and that the quote was verbal. She told me we would receive a call from the owner, who never called to resolve this and in the meantime they somehow convinced my dad to pay them $1700. I'm tired of these ruthless people taking advantage of elderly people, especially in the name of God. They prey on elderly people and have the nerve to advertise in the church directory. I would not trust these people. If using any service, be sure to get a signed quote and ask for a copy. If not, these people will make up a number and sign it for you. ** Follow up. The whole house was left without water for 6 days, not just the one shower. The verbal quote did not match the written quote that was supposedly signed by my dad. He did not sign it, and was told the scribble line was his signature when he paid $1700. A representative from RAM told him to his face that the scribble was his signature. My dads signature is very distinct and that certainly was not his signature. In addition, the manager agree there was a verbal agreement. If the original quote was $1700, then when I called Angelica to complain about the $700 quote being outrageous why didn't she clarify that the quote was 1700? The fact that she did not say that shows the quote was either changed later or he was being deceived the whole time with the verbal quote.

Great service! The tech that was sent out, I think his name was David Cook, was excellent. He was able to overcome a few obstacles and get the job done....for 2 different issues, 2 days in a row! Thanks David and thank you RAM Plumbing!
