Leonard did a great job. He found the leak at our homeowner’s association was in a pipe that ran under and across a street. He was able to replace it by digging on both sides of the street without having to cut the asphalt and curbs. A little thought and originality saved as a good bit of money.

Jaxson did an excellent job of assessing and fixing our problem. We weren’t getting water into the house and he diagnosed that it was a clogged PRV valve. He cleaned it and we are good to go. He also looked at some on our tankless water heater while he was there. He was quick, efficient and good!

Techs did an excellent job. This was much harder then I thought it would be. They both got to work and finished the job in about 3 hours. They all the necessary tools and equipment in their truck. They also did a good clean up after they were done.

Purchased a tankless water heater my technician Jake Maloney was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He did a tremendous job with the installation and thoroughly answered all questions. All of the staff at ER Services come highly recommended.
