Adam's education in the trade started in the late eighties working long summer hours as a laborer in new home construction. After a couple years in the trade Adam was sponsored and enrolled into the CMPA (Cincinnati Master Plumbers Association) where he spent 4 years working days and attending class at night. Upon the completion of the fourth year Adam received the apprentice of the year award and graduated the program. In 1996 Adam tested and received Journeyman status in Cincinnati.
