I am not one to leave a review. In fact, I have never written one before but I feel like my experience with C. Lee warrants a review for possible future clients. I called C. Lee the morning of 9/3 because my main drain was backed up and I needed to get it snaked. C. Lee was able to come out the same day (9/3) and gave me a time of arrival anywhere between 11-1pm. The tech did not show up until 1:45PM (which is no big deal as I understand things can get busy). When the tech arrived, I showed him the main drain backup and explained how we have had it snaked before in 2023 for $150, which I understand is a great deal (unfortunately I misplaced that companies information or I would have contacted them from the start). Once, the tech looked at our main drain he said he would go to his van and get us an estimate. The tech came back with the estimates and WOW we were in total shock. He gave us two options (one to just snake our drain and one to snake our drain and have a camera put in the drain to see what was causing the back up). The price for the snake was a little over $600!!!! The price for the snake and the camera was over $900!!! I quickly declined the work, paid the tech for coming out ($79) and called another company. The next company I called said they could be out in 30 minutes and have it done for $195 all in, which they did. I caution ALL people with plumbing issues to consider going elsewhere.

I asked for an estimate. Tim arrived and in all my life, this professional, intellegent, nice gentleman was the best technician/expert that I have EVER asked to help me with the house! Tim explained all the plumbing of the home for me. He also took time and patience as he understood my worry. Tim's communication is the best for the customer. Very understanding, and very very knowledgable. C.Lee is far more honest than the others! Thank you.

Called to get information on lining my sewer lateral. Someone called back told me they would have to come out to camera my lateral and provide estimate for the lining which makes sense. There is a service charge to come out to just talk with me so I asked how much to camera the lateral and the person answering the phone didn’t know and said she doesn’t have access to the price. So I asked if someone else could help even later later in the week when available and then this person said no one could call me to discuss and I would have to pay the service charge to find out how much this company charges to camera the lateral. This does not see fair or honest and the lack of interest to help me was a bit disappointing

Next day service. Quality work. Had a utility sink faucet changed out, which I bought ahead of time and provided. My only real issue was the financial side of the service. The quote was done on techs cell phone, given to me verbally but was not shown to me. I opted to accept the quoted fee as I would have had to pay $79 for the service call for the tech to just leave (although I expressed that I thought it was a bit high for the service $253), signed the cell phone screen, but never saw the actual quote with itemization. Assumed it would be on my receipt, but I never got a receipt for my service. Thought my receipt would have been sent to me via text or email, since everything else was done electronically, but it was not. I do not like that I did not get a receipt for my service.

The service provided by Chris was outstanding. They were able to come out quickly and resolve the issue during my appointment. He took the time to explain everything to me and was able to provide a quote on additional services needed. Thank you Chris for getting the air conditioning working again! I would highly recommend this company.

Very personable and honest and upfront pricing. It’s a very good family vibe type of feel with C. Lee. Chris and Justin were the two technicians that gave the estimate and then Justin did the work. It was a great job and they did a great job explaining everything they did! The ladies on the phone, Kaylee and maybe Cindy… but not 100% sure the latter and her name for sure, but they both were great and friendly. There was a schedule mistake and they all did a great job handling it. I will use these guys for all plumbing needs from here in out.

They would not quote me a minimum price just 79 for a service call. I had the minimum done and their minimum charge is 410. Joe was very professional and did a good job. 410 for less than 1 hour work to clean one drain to too high. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone

Chris and his helper (sorry, I’m terrible with names) were able to come out the same day I called (a Friday) for a toilet problem. Unfortunately I needed a new toilet. Since the house is 37 years old we decided to replace all three. They were back first thing Monday morning and did a great job. We’re very happy with our new commodes and the professionalism they exhibited through the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

C. Lee Plumbing went out to my dad's house in Cleveland, they told him a few things he could do plumbing wise that ended up saving him thousands of dollars. I just wanted to say thank you and I'd highly recommend them. Also, they will give you good information and not just trying to make a buck.

We had a cast iron pipe that developed a hole. When we called Lee’s we didn’t know what the problem was except to say we had water backing up out of the main drain. The response time was within a few hours of our calling, and the men were prompt. Super courteous. The men used a camera Guziak’s to scope out the drain. They showed us the camera’s screen and explained what we were seeing. This was so nice as they didn’t talk down to us and eagerly answered our questions. A temporary fix was made to drain the mess on the floor. One of the men sprayed disinfectant/cleaner on the floor and walls were the water had been. They came back three days later (it was a scheduled all-day job.) The repair included removing the damaged pipe from under the floor for which they used a jackhammer. It was an electric hammer and pretty quiet. It also didn’t take long to do. They removed the concrete chunks in pails. A new pipe was installed as well as a new laundry tub (the tub was at no cost to us). New concrete was installed in the hole. The men cleaned up everything. The entire job was professionally done. Lee’s plumbing now is our go-to plumber.

One company told me to replace my cast iron sewer pipe out to the road for $19,000. C. Lee suggested a "super super cleanout" for much... much... MUCH less! They even showed me endoscopic video when they were done so I could see how clean it was. It's only been about a week, but so far so good!

Jason spent about 3 hours working on the bathroom tub faucet.It needed to be completely redone. No surprises. Told me everything he needed to do and why. I would recommend their service.
