We had a clog in our sewer pipe and were getting water in our basement. Justin from Agentis came within an hour of calling (on a Sunday night) and spent a good amount of time and effort fixing our problem. Justin really gave his all and got the job done. The Agentis representative (Jack? I’m terrible with names) who unclogged our kitchen sink was friendly, professional, and efficient. He tolerated the pervasive yapping, nipping, and barking of our “children” with saintlike fortitude. 10/10 would recommend…and he appeared promptly, too!

I called Agentis on a weekend as water was gushing from my sump pump. Sam was very responsive and actually called back to check in prior to Peter’s arrival. Peter was very professional and quickly repaired the broken pipe and clamps. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
