I had a great experience with Jason V. This is the third time I've hired them and will call them back next time. He showed up within an hour of me calling and was the consummate professional. He was courteous about my time, keeping foot covers on and getting me the best recommendation for what to do. We have been inspecting our sewer line with them every few years to check for root growth due to a known belly in the line. We've also noticed very small backups in our floor drain in the basement. Jason came and explained how it was laid out very clearly. We used a camera and then a scraper to make sure there was no reason it would backup again from pipe buildup. I highly recommend Dynamic Drains & nicely done Jason!

I had a cast iron sewer pipe that was rusted through and leaking up through the basement floor. Dynamic Drains was able to fix it with minimal breakage of the floor. They also cleaned out grease and buildup from the rest of the sewer line and made sure it was clear all the way to the street. The installation is very clean and I'm happy with the results. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone with sewer issues.

Great overall experience. I called this morning about a slow shower drain and Chris was able to come out same day. He was very polite, explained everything in detail, and although he didn't pull any toys, games, or small animals out of my drain, he was able to remove a large clump of hair which seems to have remedied the issue. I'm very impressed with the overall service and would definitely use Dynamic Drains in the future.

Dynamic Drains replaced old corroded galvanized drain pipes through plaster walls and in the basement. I didn’t even realize the pipe in the wall was leaking until Dan chiseled away at the tough plaster to uncover it. Dynamic Drains not only did an excellent job, Dan was prompt, courteous, careful and patient with his explanations. He took great care checking his work for leaks, clean-up and visually acceptable placement of the Air Admittance Valve he added to bring our 100 year old sink drain up to code. Dynamic Drains was prompt in coming out for an estimate and scheduling the job. I will always use and recommend Dynamic Drains for any plumbing needs. Thank-you for another great experience!

Our water heater was toast and had leaked all over our basement over night. Dynamic Drains was able to come over within 2 hours of my call and get us squared away. Caleb was fantastic in his expertise and was able to resolve the issue quickly. Would definitely work with dynamic Drains again.

Very impressed with Dynamic Drains today, especially Jason who was able to get both of our clogged sinks working again. He was at our house first thing in the morning, extremely friendly, explained what he expected the issues to be and the price of everything before beginning his work. He had no issue working around a dog and baby! We are so happy it was able to be fixed so quickly. Will definitelly call them again if we have other issues.

Caleb C. was my technician for my plumbing needs. He was timely, very polite and efficient. Caleb took the time to explain things, charges, what he’ll be doing and such, without drawing it out unnecessarily. I was kept in the loop for each step of the repair. Caleb was also reassuring regarding the repairs needed and ability to do what I was requesting, and finished well within the time frame given. He cleaned up after himself and was very careful in regards to moving through my home. I’d definitely use this company again and I will definitely ask for Caleb!

Okkkkkk. This is a full on edit. Dynamic drains called me after the experience I detailed below and I have to say I’m impressed. They were genuine and really wanted to make it right. Another plumber came out and was so informative and gave me all sorts of information about my house and plumbing and ways to take care of it. He went over the specifics of what I needed. They apologized for the miscommunication. They came out and made sure everything was taken care of. I feel good about using them, and knowing if there ever is an issue, which can happen occasionally even with great places, that it’s not a pattern it truly is a one-time issue and they will do whatever they can to make it right. Thanks Jason! My sinks were overflowing so I called Dynamic Drains. The price to unclog was $270, because with multiple drains clogged it appeared to be in the main line. The friendly man gets there I show him the sinks he says it looked like a main line clog. To start he says it will be $370 not $270. Ok, sure let’s do it. Before he starts I ask what happens if you do this and the sinks still aren’t draining, he said ‘oh I will flush lots of water and make sure they do’. Ok awesome. He does it, downstairs is draining everything is fine. Welp other sinks and drains are still not draining. So I’m told it’ll be another $500. Not the price I was quoted. I had clogged sinks, the plumber came, I paid him $400 and when he left I still had clogged sinks. I did not feel like there was an upfront explanation that each drain would be another $250, I was told one price for multiple drain unclogs. The only good part of all of this was my plumber, he was so kind and really tried to see what he could do but he works for the company.

My water heater sprung a leak and we noticed about 7pm. I called and left a message. I received a call first thing in the AM by a very friendly lady. She said it maybe today, if not first thing tomorrow which was fine. She called back 10 minutes later and said this afternoon. Two nice gentleman showed up around 3. They did a great job and were very nice and courteous. They made sure to clean/tidy up well after they were done. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and fantastic service all around. Wish they weren't so darn expensive but you do get what you pay for. Thanks again Dynamic Drains team. You're truly top notch and it's very much appreciated. 👌

My original review is below and I wanted to add a shout out for Caleb who replaced our basement laundry sink the other day. He was very commutative in advance about the work that would be done, costs, and the options we had for sink sizes. Dynamic Drains provided the sink and hardware which was great so we didn't have to worry about purchasing it separately. He even moved the pipes so our sink was in a better spot away from the wall. We really appreciate his expertise and feel like he treats our home as if it were his own. Jason is wonderful to work with. He's become our annual maintenance guy for root removal and does a great job. We feel like he really goes above and beyond to do a good job as well as teach us about the pipes in our home and the pipes in our neighborhood. As new home owners, working with the staff at Dynamic Drains has been great and given us lots of peace of mind. They have also helped to replace some of our old cast iron pipes. They are definitely the first people we call for plumbing issues.

Dynamic Drains took such good care of my 95-year-old mother's sewer line replacement! They were so careful of her, her house, and her needs. They got her on the schedule very quickly, awesome since she was pretty much without service. The work is flawless, and the crew friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I recommend their pipe- bursting technique to anyone; it saved having to excavate a hillside, cement slab and sidewalk (nightmare). They did everything right, and were very efficient, and even fixed up the seal around a water pipe they noticed wasn't done from before. The cleanup inside -and out at the street- was perfect. A big thank you to Dan, Danny, Caleb and Jay. Also Amy and Kristi in the office who helped me with my questions! And to their street excavation crew who also did an excellent job and took good care of cars needing to get through (yes, we had to have new pipe out to the city sewer line).
