TJ Tudor was our tech and just a Hell of a guy. We had used a previous company to clear a clogged drain but a month later it clogged. TJ gave us several options and ultimately settled on a solution we feel makes it easier to address our problem in the future. Unlike the other company, he explained why we are having the problem. Possible habits we could do to help us improve our situation. And he gave us the option to permanently fix our problem. With our budget right now, we chose his first recommendation but he made the experience very good for us. We also have a video inspection proving the real issue we have. He was tidy, made sure spills were at a minimum and the 6 or 7 things he did extra that the other company’s tech didn’t do will make me choose fast flow again in the future. It’s kinda disgusting, but the video he gave me shows why my old cast iron pipes need replaced.

We exposed a water line during the course of an landscape installation project. Fortunately there was no break, only a bend, but it needed to be addressed right away. My plumber could not get there for several days. Thankfully they recommended I contact Fast Flow- who could probably get someone there same day. Marissa was very pleasant on the phone and Alex F. was dispatched right away and there in less than an hour. Once there, here provided a quick estimate on site that was on the money and repair made. I was very glad and my client was also extremely pleased I could get somewhere there so soon. Fast Flow made me look good! Thanks!!!

Fast Flow recently replaced my main drain under my front yard. Very responsive. Scheduled quickly. Nice people! My old drain was made of Orangeburg material and had flattened out. My plumbers had quoted 5 figures to dig a huge trench (approx 5'w x 50'l x 10'd) in my front yard to replace it. Fast Flow used their Pipe Bursting process to replace it with a hole at each end, sparing most of the yard. The hole beside the house was quite large and deep, but was in a flower bed, so no real problems restoring it. The hole by the street was smaller... needs to be graded and grass seeded as expected. I withheld the 5th star, because we did run into some problems I thought were avoidable. I inquired about rescheduling to avoid heavy rain in the forecast and there was some misleading communication that resulted in the heavy equipment being on my lawn in the rain and after the heavy rain, so more lawn damage was done than if they had rescheduled as I wanted to a dryer time. (They also brought the wrong equipment on the first day and were unable to reach the pipe depth, which lead to a delay into the rain.) That large part of the yard, left uneven by tracks, needs to be slightly regraded, and grass sown. I can't account for the miscommunications I experienced except to say that stuff happens...but it could have gone better. That said, I absolutely DO recommend Fast Flow and agree that their process spares your yard a lot of damage. They are all very nice and professional people. (Just try to schedule during dry weather if you can.)

The numbers may shock you when it comes to having repairs/replacements made but Fast Flow was the best value by far and their professionalism and friendliness is the icing on the cake. I had my water tank cleaned by them and eventually came to the conclusion that I needed a replacement and decided to go with a tankless water heater. They were informative without being complicated and made the whole process really simple/easy for me. Another thing that really stood out to me was how clean they left our house. They were able to schedule me in quickly, too! I love knowing I have a reliable source should I run into other issues in the future. Thank you!

After having had to turn off the water to my whole house the night before, working with Fast Flow was a great experience. I was able to call them in the evening and get on the schedule for the next day. Travis was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He replaced the valve and I went ahead and had him replace my garbage disposal as well. I would definitely use Fast Flow again. The customer service seems to be on point and you can tell they stand behind their work.

Alan, Travis and Kyle replaced old cast iron and galvanized pipes in my crawlspace. They discovered that my tub was draining straight into the crawl space. They were considerate, neat, and efficient. I was having trouble with a waterline to my washer the next day, and they came back and fixed it for me. I would highly recommend them for any job.

We had a very unfortunate leak in our bathroom and Fast Flow Plumbing sent out Travis Hamm to assist us. Travis was very efficient and got the leak fixed in a flash. I believe Mr. Hamm is the Fast in Fast Flow Plumbing. Arrived exactly when stated would arrive. Got straight to the issue and solving it. I'm glad with my service of commode repair and Travis will be the reason I suggest Fast Flow Plumbing to anyone that asks for their plumbing needs.

I think I finally found my go to plumber. They are quick to return calls and have a quick turnaround time for appointments. They quoted me $800 to fix a plumbing issue that another plumber quoted me $2,000. The two gentlemen that showed up were polite, patient, and great at explaining the issue at hand. Overall, 10/10.

Had a water line bust under our house in a very small crawl space. They had someone out there the same day about a hour and a half later. He couldn’t fit but sat in his van in front of our house for about an hour trying to get ahold of someone that would. He didn’t leave until he told me that the other guy would be there the next day on Sunday about noon to take a look. Nate was the first guy that couldn’t fit. On Sunday Zack showed up right at noon and could fit. He found the leak and got it repaired quickly. Water was restored in our home in less than 24 hours. Not only did Zack come out on his day off to do so he said if anything goes wrong he would make sure he was right back out. They treated us very well and did a great job. As someone that works in a trade I appreciate the quick response and professionalism of the guys that were here. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

TJ diagnosed the issues in my home and patiently explained the work needed. Alex was the foreman.
