Hire this company! I had one of their techs come out for a kitchen sink leak. The guy was very knowledgeable made me feel very confident it was an easy fix and he was so quick about it AND not messy at all. I stayed out of his way and he was pretty much in and out. No more leak. Oh and pricing was reasonable…there was a small fee for them to come out, but nothing crazy and if you get the work done with them that goes towards the work. So pretty much don’t worry about the fee because you’re gonna wanna hire them in the end anyway and it’s just going be deducted from your bill.

This company is outstanding. Over the summer, I had new faucets and braided lines installed on my upstairs sinks by Leading Edge Plumbing. The man that came over showed my daughter how to turn off the main water on and off. Last night, our water heater extension tank blew, and there was high pressure water spraying on our wall that led to our living room. Thank goodness for the water valve lesson as my daughter knew just what to do. We called Leading Edge Plumbing around 11:00pm. They quickly sent a JC Garcia to our house to cap off the expansion tank so we could have running water and the use of our toilets. This was important to us as we care for my 91 year old mother in our home. JC Garcia returned to our house this morning. He replaced the tank, attached it to the wall, and cleaned the entire area. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

I had an underground water leak during a heavy raining day, I called for an estimate, Steve arrived and provided an inspection from where the water leak was formed. after cutting the dry wall, we found the issue, and it was a full day 8-5 issue, so the very next day, we started the project and finished the project CLEAN like it was never happened. Very impressed with Yefri's work ethic as he knows exactly what he was doing. I would recommend any plumbing issues with LeadingEDGE.

I do not hesitate to recommend Leading Edge for sewer replacement and if you read the long review below you’ll see why. We recently had to confront the ticking time bomb lurking underground:a sewer main replacement. We had hydrojetted and within 1 month had back ups again. We’re are really happy to have selected LeadingEdge, who came recommended by a builder friend who said theyd get the job done reliably and without hassle. LeadingEdge was frank in their assessment about the challenges that might arise, especially the big tree and roots that the main ran beneath. Carlos our foreman, Douglas, and marco did a great job excavating and talking us through the options and the risks/benefits of each. I think beyond the work itself was the teams (and company’s) commitment to get the job done on a timely basis. We had my sons birthday that weekend and the team worked longer each day during the week to get it done despite some complications that came up. The amazing thing was I didn’t have to haggle it plead. When they heard about the birthday party they proactively made the arrangements to just get it done. Great organization and resulted in high customer satisfaction. To top off of there was a section of colored concrete that had to be opened and when the team went to patch it they had the thoughtfulness to use some color they happened to have in their warehouse to match. Totally above and beyond. For as important a project as sewer mainline replacement don’t look further. This team will take care of you.

As a past employee with leading edge plumbing I would highly recommend for all of you to take a moment and take your plumbing problems somewhere else there's more good plumbing companies in San fernando valley and LA area for the following reasons . 1 they don't care about your plumbing problems they only care how big your wallet is and get there first foot in your house to conduct business with you . 2. They are really dishonest with customers that they would pressure you to do the job with out give you options to shop around an ripped you off with there high prices so be aware of there tricks and techniques . 3 . They would guarantee you a discount if you would give them In exchanges a 5 start review and plus if you getting charge way to much is for the reason the plumber needs to achieve there goal by the end of week so they could collect 30% percent of the job , if there goals is not meet by the end of the week they would get paid hourly 17 to 18 dollars about hour so if you see there price book now you would understand why they charge alot because there technician need to accomplish there goal by the end of the week so be aware before signing any invoices I would highly recommend it to shop it around before doing anything with leading edge plumbing . They would take advantage of you as they take advantage of their technicians by stealing money from there checks that's why they would be hearing from the labor and my lawyers so be aware of conducting any business with leading edge plumbing

I needed to have my toilet fixed so I called LeadingEdge Plumbing and Rooter and I was not disappointed. Fernando was professional, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was kind enough to put shoe coverings before walking in to my house! It doesn’t seem like a lot but it really mattered to me. He cared to explain to me what he was going to do step by step and answered all my questions. The flange on my toilet was badly corroded and Fernando did the best he could to replace my toilet. AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY SHUT OFF VALVE I Regret not hiring LeadingEdge Plumbing from the beginning. I got 3 quotes to install an automatic valve that the insurance company was requesting. I was force to have this installed but after a month I am glad I did. Well I ended up picking the middle quote which was a few hundreds dollars cheaper. So they installed the device and no long after things were not right. I called LeadingEdge to see if they could come see the installation. They agreed to come for a price which at this point I needed to spend no matter what. They came and told me I was missing a few things and that the valve was not installed properly. I called back the company that did the work and they said it was done properly and they could not come until a week later. At this point I decided to see if LeadingEdge would take care of it. They credit me the original service fee and felt bad so they lower the price. I should have known better cheaper is not always better. The price was higher because I was missing a check valve and to reconfigure the entire manifold. I learn so much with LeadingEdge Plumbing. They also pointed out a few other things they notice needed attention with no pressure or trying to sell me. The price did not seem high but I do have to wait and save up a little as the new valve was not cheap. Feed back: The new system tells me the pressure in my house which was 80psi some times and 100 psi other times. Called LeadingEdge Plumbing again and they told me I had a faulty regulator. If it was not for the device I would have not known. It also made me aware of how much water I use in all my fixtures to find out I was wasting water in my sinks. LeadingEdge gave me some free Aerators and wow what a difference I am saving over half the amount of water from before. Thank you LeadingEdge Plumbing, JC Garcia, Enrique & Andrew which were the technicians that help me out throughout the process.

Wow. I had a leak that needed investigating. Steve showed up on time, courteous, professional, kind and he put me at ease. He was careful as he went through the house and did his work. The work was non-plumbing related and turned out to be little beyond the scope of what the company does. But the price was more than reasonable for what he did and he got me a little closer to finding the source. I appreciate him and the kind receptionist, Savanna and would definately contact them again for a plumbing leak.

I put in a request for service this am when my kitchen sink was backed up. Tanya from leading edge plumbing reached out to me right away and said she could dispatch someone to me within the next hour. She informed me that Max would arrive to address my plumbing issue in approximately 45 minutes. Max showed up and was friendly professional and did a great job at addressing my plumbing issue. He addressed the issue, had all the tools available, and cleaned up the worksite prior to leaving. I would highly recommend this business for all your plumbing needs. Even my dog liked him.

The company answer my call on a holiday and promptly arrived to install a new manifold that was stolen at our building. Thanks to JC & Douglas for their hard work. They were able to restore the water to the building temporarily and will return to install new parts and a cage so they do not steal it again.
