Levi and his team at L&G plumbing were able to repair and sleeve my disintegrating Cast Iron sewer pipes working diligently and professionally to restore a system that had been blocked and inoperative for many months. They showed me where the pipe work was collapsed and allowing water from the kitchen sink to drain into the earth under my foundations! I never planned to leave a bad review, but this has been the craziest experience of my life working with a company. I had Levi out to reline the pipes of my home. Almost $14,000 later and I came home last night to a flooded house again. He keeps STRICT business hours and takes off all weekends as well as national and religious holidays, and does not have a system in place for emergencies. The day after he finished working on my home the ground collapsed outside near my septic system because it was not put back in place properly after the repair. In an absolute panic, thinking my home was about to become a sinkhole, I called Levi and his answering service more than 20 times trying to get help as the hole grew and grew. I didn’t hear from him until the following Tuesday (this was on a Friday), and had to hire an emergency contractor to fix the collapsed ground and check that the plumbing was ok . Levi did come back out and look at things, but now here we are again. I arrived home from work last night and there was water everywhere. The lines I just spent a fortune on to have repaired are clogged, and I cannot use my toilet or shower. I’ve called and called him, and I’ve texted videos of my flooded home, and there is no response. His answering service says they’ll call me back, but they haven’t. I cried so hard last night while cleaning up my flooded home that my throat hurts and I have a migraine today. Being that it’s 4th of July weekend, I expect I won’t hear from him again until Tuesday, just like last time. In the meantime, I am stuck trying to find another plumber on a Saturday during a long holiday weekend.
