After the third small leak in the old copper piping, I had Lomonaco Coast Plumbing install Pex piping to all fixtures in my 2,000 foot two story home, and install a new gas water heater and recirculating pump. His crew did all the installation in one day, and he referred me to a drywall contractor that patched and textured all the holes in the walls and ceilings needed to install the new piping on the next day. Both crews were fast, careful and neat. I highly recommend Lomonaco.

I had Lomonaco install a new tankless water heater. When the unit had issued a few years later they referred me to another company and suggested they primarily install the units and don’t service them. They could have come out but it would have been a week later. While their initial pricing was attractive, I would not recommend them because they don’t service their products after the fact. Much better to have a company that can and will service their own work.

They worked with me on unforeseen issues & brought in additional crew as needed to expedite doing the plumbing so we could return home with minimal inconvenience.. Mike and his team did an excellent job of rehabilitating our 60-year-old cast iron sewer pipes under the concrete slab of our home. From assessing the extent and severity of the deterioration to installing seventy feet of epoxy pipe liner the project went smoothly. Mike and his team answered all our questions along the way. We had clear communication with Mike and his team throughout the project. Mike’s expertise and diligence was evident by the care he and his team demonstrated when working on our property. Besides the pipe rehabilitation and lining, they did a masterful job of installing a new bidirectional sewer cleanout under our paving stone driveway. We were extremely pleased by the quality of the paving stone reinstallation craftsmanship. These guys were available for me quickly. I had a shutoff valve break off the wall, and had to turn off the water to my house to limit flooding. It was Friday afternoon, and they came out quickly so I didnt have to keep the water shutoff very long, or over the weekend. Hector was my guy, he came over quickly seemed to grasp the situation, explained things well, made some no pressure recommendations for other possible problem areas, and even provided recommendations for water repair. I didn't feel like the prices were steep (I didn't really get a chance to compare since I didnt get very many other responses).

Big story here. First off my Mom lives in Carson Ca. and is 94 years old, Me her son lives in Arizona. She had a pluming backup which I had to deal with. I got a local plumber to go out and give me an estimate. He came back with an estimate of $5800.00 to replace some leaky connections under the house. I asked for a copy of video of the pipe and he told me they didn't have one and that if I accepted the quote he would take one and send one. Long story short I found Lomonaco Pluming who does New Flow trenchless pluming. Now they are located in San Clemente and as I said Mom lives in Carson. After hearing my situation they agreed to send someone out and get a quote. Rodger notified that he would be going out to do the estimate. He was on time and professional. He took video of the sewer pipe and found breaks and sheering happening in the pipe, no leaky connections. We set up a date for the repair and again Rodger and his team was on time and professional, sending me videos and pictures the whole time. The project took 2 days to finish and my Mom was able to stay in the house with no disturbance to her daily routine. Rodger and his crew worked over 9 hours the first day and over 12 hours the second day determined to get the job done so my mom would not be disturbed being moved to a different location.
