Your two employees were extremely helpful in explaining to me what they were going to do n then allowed me to ask questions as they moved forward with the procedure. Since I had never been a part of this I was very interested on how it worked n then they told me about cleaning the filters on the pump to make the process work more efficiently. Very nice n polite for “some lady asking questions”. I will use again for my personal septic as well as the hydro jetting. Thank you

Called Sweet’s today due to a backed up septic tank. They were able to get here same day, were very fair in their charges to find, dig, and pump my tank. Curtis worked fast and efficiently. Unfortunately, I have root issues, but he was able to refer me to another company to clear that mass very quickly to ensure longevity of my tank. He also communicated well and explained things clearly. Overall, great service.

I highly recommend Sweets. This is the fourth interaction with employees from this company and I have been very impressed. I was able to be present during the process and the Technician (Tim) took the time to educate me on possible problems that I was causing myself due to leaking toilets or other appliances in my house. I now understand my drain field and possible ugly costs in the future if I don't do my part on my property. I felt like he was looking out for us as a homeowner. Call them. You won't be disappointed.

They showed up in a reasonable time after regular hours, with good attitudes and didn't leave until my issue was resolved. Tim put in the extra effort to go past my initial problem and give advice to resolve what would prevent future complications.

Did a great job. Had the jetter truck out today, and ground conditions were sloppy, thought we might have a stuck truck getting to the drain pipe, but they handled it well! Had them come in and out, no mishaps or problems. Drain line is clean and doing well. Thanks guys!

Very knowledgeable tech. We called them out on Saturday night around 10pm. They got our backed up drains fixed. Cleaned everything up and was professional amd friendly. Made suggestions for future upgrades needed and ways to avoid issues again. He did not pressure us just stated facts. We had them come back and pump pur septic tank, did a great job. They were the only ones we could get to come out as we dont live in Twin.
