I had three companies analyze a sewer drain issue. Tom, from Sewer Pro, was one of the three people who quoted work on the sewer line. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. His company power jetted the sewer line and removed some tree roots. Everyone that I dealt with at Sewer Pro was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

DON’T CALL ANYONE ELSE! Tom and his crew are the honest hardworking folks that you wish you could find in every home repair company. Thank god I called Tom because he saved me from being price gouged by another company. He and his crew came out and got my sewer lines back up and running and went above and beyond to do it the right way. After digging, they left my yard the way it looked before they came. I got to know a little about Tom while he was here and found out he served our country as a Ranger. Definitely speaks to his character and work ethic. Another man on his team also served our country. These are the guys you can trust to fix your home. I can’t recommend Sewer Pro enough. Don’t waste your time with anyone else!

Highly recommend Sewer Pro! Megan, who answers the phones, was so sweet and wonderful. She was able to get us on the schedule for a free estimate the next day. Brian was our technician and he was absolutely amazing. When he came for the estimate, he showed us exactly where the issue lies and explained what needs to be done and how much it would cost. He jetted our main sewer lines and completely unclogged it! He showed us before and after and wow, what a difference! He did a great job and we will definitely be using them again down the road. Thank you sewer pro!

Sure, I don't usually participate in these sorts of things. Because, I expect the people that are hired to perform a specific job, be properly trained and capable of doing that job perfectly fine, without my intervention. It's a shame, but in my experience these days, many workers don't exhibit the qualities or experience to perform the job for which they were hired. I have been in the construction trades nearly my entire life. My usual problem is when people sell themselves or business wonderfully, but then fall well short in their abilities to professionally complete a project with lasting beauty. It's rather difficult to judge the finished product of your business though, considering it all takes place 12' underground. I suppose time and the guarantee expressed, will attest to the training they've received in providing your customers the quality they deserve for such a passive major system serving their home or business. What did stand out for me in hiring Sewer Pro, was how your employees represented the company. I was pleased how Meagan kept me very informed of the timeline and the changes that occurred, due to weather conditions or whatever. The other thing that stood out, was how your employees, that I communicated with, introduced themselves and inquired as to how I wished to be addressed. Having been a Design Engineer I was very interested in the process and materials being used. I tried not to interfere, but did ask questions. They were always polite and gave me knowledgeable answers to my inquiries. The only regret, and it was totally on me, I asked to view the camera when the job was complete. But, a situation came about and I was not able to be present when they finished up. I did inquire about receiving a digital copy from the camera, but apparently your system was not setup to provide that to me. Having that would probably be beneficial in providing proof of the system's integrity to a future home buyer. Anyway, my job site was left the way they found it, despite it being a very wet and muddy day. Please extend my thanks to all of your employees that were involved with this project.

Would highly recommend!! We got a few different quotes and were told to replace our sewer line which would cost thousands but was told by Sewer Pro that it isn’t necessary and that we should use different toilet paper. So glad I came across an honest and knowledgeable plumber. We will definitely use their services in the future. Thank you so much!

I did not end up getting any work done by Sewer Pro’s but I was so impressed by the honesty and professionalism of the owner who came out to give a quote for an issue on a home I’m going to buy. Every other plumber I contacted said there would be between $250-$350 fee to just come and look at the issue but not these guys. And I knew he was honest because he said I could get the issue fixed, which would’ve been $7k+, but he didn’t think it’d be necessary. Respect them so much for being honest even though it cost them money. They’ll be my only phone call if I do end up needing to get the issue addressed!

They were recommended to us and were very easy to work with. Explained everything so we knew what to expect. The crew was very nice and Megan in the office was amazing! We had a few glitches with scheduling due to construction around our house but she stayed in touch with us and was always so sweet. Would highly recommend!

We had a break in our clay drain pipe which was buried under our concrete basement floor. They came on a Saturday to evaluate the problem and put me at ease, assuring it wouldn’t be a difficult or expensive fix. When they came back to complete the work, they were professional, and worked as cleanly as you could for sawing up concrete floors. The price was exactly as quoted and the repair is holding up as it should.

I called to get an estimate for sewer line repair because another company had said we need to replace a section. Sewer Pro came and looked down our sewer line and said that it did not need to be replaced. They were courteous and kind.

Showed up on time - actually, early. Tom was very professional and knows his stuff! He put his drain "snake camera" into our underground eave trough drain. He found an issue in our storm drain that he could very easily have told us needed repair. Instead, he pinpointed exactly where it is and told us how to fix it ourselves. We also had him check out our sewer line from the house to the street just in case. He found no issues and, in fact, said for a nearly 70 year old line, it is in great shape. That is piece of mind well worth the cost. I would HIGHLY recommend Sewer Pro. In fact, I have. I work for an insurance agency and handle all of the claims. I have no reservations whatsoever recommending Sewer Pro to our clients.
