The existing tankless heater was having issues heating water and was too old to service. Existing unit was replaced with a new Navien Tankless unit. The old unit was a non-condensing unit, the new units condensate drains into the furnace condensate pump. Also, the customer liked having a buit-in recirculation pump on the new tankless unit.
