IHN Company was fantastic! Our sump pump burned out on a Sunday night during historic rain and flooding. I called them Monday morning at 6:45 am, and someone was at our house at 8:15 am. As soon as the sump pump was replaced, the water started receding. Thank you for the great service!

IHM dug and pushed a wall also put in New drain tile with sump pump. I found a electrical problem after payment and have been unable to talk to anyone in 2 tries over 3 plus weeks. The basement also had some leakage on one wall . What good is a warranty if the owner refuses to return a call
